Terms
Rules for using the Booth Cover website
The terms below cover your use of boothcover.com.au. Booth Cover is run by Grace Insurance (GeePeeVee Pty Ltd, CAR 1008568, ABN 63 133 156 742), a Corporate Authorised Representative of Community Broker Network Pty Ltd, AFSL 233750. A Corporate Authorised Representative arranges cover under another firm's Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), and here that firm is Community Broker Network.
Check the PDS before you buy
Everything we write about covers, limits and examples is general information about photo booth insurance. None of it takes your business, your booths or your events into account. Before you decide, read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), the insurer's booklet explaining what a policy pays for and the cases where it won't pay, and talk to a broker.
Asking for a quote
Sending a form only asks for a quote, so you're not covered yet when you send it. Quotes take two business days, and cover can't start before the day it's arranged, so ask well before an event.
Each insurer sets its own conditions and exclusions, the situations where a claim isn't paid. The PDS and policy wording, which is the full contract, decide what's covered.

Raising a problem with us
Start by phoning Grace Insurance on 1800 556 777 or emailing info@graceinsurance.com.au. Within 5 working days, Grace will confirm your complaint has arrived.
If it isn't sorted out, contact Community Broker Network's Complaints Officer on (08) 9480 8950, at compliance@cbnet.com.au, or at Level 3, 330 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. From the day the Complaints Officer gets your complaint, Community Broker Network has 30 days at most to resolve it.
If Community Broker Network's answer doesn't fix it, the last step is the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA is the outside body for disputes with financial firms, and Community Broker Network is a member.
